I Need help again please!!

hi guys,
 
i had to re install windows 7 on my pc ( quad core acer i7 ,8 gig ram etc)
 
any way i can hear myself fine with the line imput thing on guitar tracks pro 3.,
and i can see the bars move when i record , but when i play back the guitar voluime is very low and on one side of my
head phones ie right side... i have an m-audio fast track usb  unit to plug my guitar into,
 
how can i get this on both as stereo, same thing happens when i select stereo on the imput selecter thing up the top
 
any ideas?
 
also any ideas on how to make the whoe working area window bigger now that im using a 24 inch screen?
