I can't find "Velocity Scale" feature !

Hi
I used to work with Cakewalk pro & Sonar before
but now I didn't find Velocity Scale tool in Cakewalk Music Creator 5
Is it canceled?

    Well, I found this for Music Creator 6, so I imagine it would work like this for 5:
