I can't find a download for GuitarRig 4

My guitarrig 4 came with X1 and it's registered with Cake and Native Instruments but there is no download. I have the update files but they won't install unless the original install for GR4 is installed. Can I run X1 and just install GR4?

    Perform a custom install of X1 and select only GR4. Then apply the update from NI.
