No, not here anyway. On my Win7 PC, I can choose the image as usual - either by a double click or by single click and selecting 'Open' - but then I'm returned to the 'Select' screen again and nothing happens: On my Vista PC however, once I've selected the image, a brief confirmation that the upload is working appears, and the upload goes through successfully:
