I don't spend a lot of time in this forum, fortunately because I'm busy recording, writing music, etc.  I do "lurk" quite a bit and there's some top shelf stuff done here.  I really like using Sonar, and in this video can see that I'm using an older, but very capable version.
<3 minute vid... either file 13 or pass it along.  
I don't intend for this to be spam and much of the content in my other videos are probably "audio 101" for you guys, but hoping it can be of help to some and show some direction.
