If it lasts a good 3 years I'll have managed to stay within a hardware budget of under £200 pa for the last 10 years which for me has been blinding value for money.

I connect my recording one to internet for specific program updates/installs.
After having to have a tech come to the house for repair and having to reload
the OS I now have a Ghost full backup on an external drive and update that
when needed.

Sounds like it will change everything (again).

I hate to rain on your parade, but that is so 20th century,  I am having a Cray 1 restored for a DAW.  I just need to build a house around it and get my own nuclear reactor for power, and ....

I have the reator already.  I'm not sure it'll power the graphics card I want though.

Hey I'm running an AMD 4000+ X2 just now, I think I might just notice a little improvement as is...

Now, if you used it for forum posting you would probably catch Beagle me in post count in no time.
