I got a Buzz in my production
I did a track a while ago. It is a great dance piece with Zeta+ at the heart of it.... However I have a buzz in it at about measure 47 that I have no idea of where it came from or how to rid my project of it... the buzz sounds just like when the audio engine stops working and all you hear is BUZZZZZZZ.... I hate it when it does that!!! LOL ...well not really laughing in order to make it happen I need to start the paroject at the beginning..if I start it in the middle some where near where it would be it will not sound.... Any Ideas of how to solve this? If I can I just may be inspired to finish this track......well lets just say I already want to finish it.. Thanks Clifford

how many tracks do you have? try isolating the track it's coming from and look at the waveform of the track it's happening on.

ditto on Beagle's comment..... I have used the MUTE TRACK function...or SOLO TRACK one at a time to find the noise.

I often go for a complicated solution myself...overlooking the easy ones.

Well I figured out that it was my main synth.... If I freeze the track I do not get the buzz....but it also looses some of the energy as well......so I reinserted a different instance of it into the project...same thing so I deleted it and then froze the first one..... bummer but I think that this is going to be the solution here...... thanks Guys Clifford

Freezing a track should not result in a loss of energy, dpending on your settings of course. Try simply freezing the Synth and see if your buzzing goes away.

I guess I stated it wrong.... I did freeze the synth... sorry for the wrong info Also maybe I should not have said a Loss of energy....Instead I should have said a loss of Volumn in the track.... sorry Clifford

Have you tried bouncing the synth down to audio ? Maybe its buzzing because the CPU is getting overloaded.Bouncing it down will free up some space - but do check the audio file...you should check it doesn't contain the buzz !!! Kev
