I got a new dog

Hi everybody , 
meet Duke , my new dog .
Duke is an American Bulldog , he is still somewhat a puppy and he weighs in at 103 pounds

    Doesn't that just figure?  The first one to actually RTFM and he isn't even human! 
     
    103 pounds?  Damn...  Hope you have a nice daytime job, you're going to be buying a LOT of food for that "little" guy.

     I'm pretty impressed with his vocabulary too. Dang, he can tell you what he wants to eat. 103 lbs....wow that's going to be a lot of dog food or steak whatever you two agree on.

    Hi Steve, Yes , Duke is a pretty cute looking fella ,  we get a lot of hellos from slow passing cars and people on surface streets when we walk around.

    Hi James , Yes, I'm long over due ..to put out some new music and guitar videos ...
    Chances are that Duke will end up in them .....that is if we survive his puppy hood .
    yesterday I took him to a secluded trail with a creek and let him run off some energy ....
    whew , just keeping up with him is getting me in shape ...
    after running around for a while he decides to get a drink of water from the creek and falls in at a place where the bank was way to high for him to get out ...
    I had to go in there and rescue him  .....now that in itself was fine ...
    When I got him home after the adventure , he went to get his first bath.  
    Duke took me  into the Championship rounds of a Greco Roman Style Wrestling match just keeping him in the tub  
    Yes, I'm very exited that Duke is still young and so willing to be teachable ....whether he learns or not , thats another story  it's all good ...my life went from being somewhat boring ...to never a dull moment

    Hi craigb . Yeah Duke beat me to it as far as reading the X3 PE manual goes  pretty soon I'm gonna have to read it myself ....
     
    he was getting 6 cups a day of grain free kibble when i adopted him  ...
    it seems the way things are going for him now , he is making out a lot better ....
    apparently he has a talent for observing all the happenings that take place in the kitchen ...his favorite room

    I'm happy you enjoyed his vocabulary ....I know he relies pretty heavy on spell check .
     
    103 pounds so far as a puppy ,  as an adult his breed comes in around 120 to 150 pounds  .... 
    Food wise , I can only do the best that I can and I'm thinking it might be a good plan to start thinking about dating a butchers  daughter

    in his mind he thinks he is just a big lap dog  he sure likes to cuddle and sleep under the covers .
    Duke is making it very easy for me to give him a lot of love .
