Whatever you decide make sure you wash your hands afterwards.

Have him stop being so needy and let you go. You don't have to cover for him like this.

Anyhoo... after two years out in the wild without any proper medical treatment I have finally found a GP. Met with him this week. Hopefully he's not a dunce and can actually help me. Seems like he can. I don't want to say the last year has been an entire waste (I can now play bass "properly" and reasonably proficiently) and the album is now just waiting for final tracks (which is why I've gone crazy on getting my bass chops up) but really... I haven't even been half the Beepster I used to be a year ago (which was a tenth of the Beepster I was before I ever even met ya'll). It was interesting to see what would happen if I just let my body do it's thing (I survived many years without doctorbs aside from the yearly STD test). Unfortunately its "thing" is being an obstructive arsehole. Now I only want to reclaim the next twenty years of my life for music (and maybe a little more human contact) which is how long, with proper treatment, I've got until I'm reduced to clicking and pointing at a PRV to compose. So ya, let's see what this kid can do. He seemed cool and and interested in my case. It's always fun watching new docs cruise through my history and seeing the "WTF"ism slowly cross their face.

I also want to assure everyone that Beepster is not contagious so there is no need to treat Bapu any differently. It's a genetic condition that is transferred via DNA. Sometimes it only presents later in the adult male's life by way of Beepster milk excreting from the m00bs. It's rather disgusting but science often is.

Thanks for the clarification and reassurance, Beeps. And yeah, reclaim the hell out of those lost years. Best of luck, and godspeed and all those other things I'm supposed to say!

Heh... thanks, j. We all croak but as someone who kind of rolled with the "DAMN THE TORPEDOS!" philosoophy it's annoying to not go full tilt at all times. I'd settle for half tilt. 20 or so years of NO tilt... is unnacceptable. This will be corrected. Cheers.

Being the modern wo-man I am I was more of a miniskirt guy... But, as with respectful kilt wearers, only for special occasions. Despite my scrawny, almost non existent butt the girls always complained when I'd return them. "You stretched it all out!!" they'd proclaim but I know deep down they found the idea of me farting in their clothes all night a little titillating.
