Beauties... Last shot grates against my old school sense. Pickups not separated enough to create a wide spectrum in the mixing though some cool sounds probably.. Axe in the upper right of the collage has good space separation almost. Would want the position of the bridge pickup nudged even closer to the bridge. Then mix with the way separated neck pickup. Rickenbacker sting if needed. John

Ah! The FannedFret, created by my wonderful friend, Ralph Novak! Glad to see the DingWall is using it... Scientifically perfect intonation. Once you try it... you can never go back!

TheMaartian Fodera 2016 models (http://www.bassplayer.com...ls-full-gallery/55870)
But, when I get the money? I want one of these! A Dingwall Lee Sklar in Tangerine! I want one BAD! http://www.dingwallguitar...lar-signature-gallery/
Nice! I've picked up a couple basses with fanned frets... and (to me) it felt very odd. Would definitely take me a minute to adjust... Have you played a PRS Gary Grainger? PRS isn't well known for making basses... but the GG is one heck of an instrument. The best B string of any bass I've played (including 35" scale).

I was unaware of the GG until now. I'll check it out. One thing about the Dingwall that's pretty attractive/desirable/GivesMeGAS is its 37" B string. That's a sweet-looking bass, Jim.

Ah! The NovAx! 25+ years, now? I was unaware it's been that long.

I'd hope that 37" B is robust! Wow That's the exact GG bass that's hanging on my wall.
