Wrong on too many levels.  See gang, I made a mistake. I sent my pal Mooch a mix. And very shortly after that, I listened to the project again (not the mix I sent) to make what I thought were some positive changes and guess what? The master bus had somehow got set to mono. So I told Mooch "ooops that mix was in mono". Ya, I should have listened to the mp3 before saying that. My bad. See what I have to put up with?

The thing is...my point is..... I can hear the difference of mono verses stereo.. Plus I had the said sample in sonar becuase I was getting ready to write Down measure numbers that I thought needed work ... So I SAW the wave form in stereo .... Then I was happy becuase I didn't even write anything down it was such a good mix My whole point is ...as long as I've been a musician you don't trust me as a friend and fellow bass player to even know the difference between stereo mix and a mono one This isn't 1964 .... My feelings were hurt I cried and it wasn't better than cats this time

Mooch may know the difference between mono and stereo but I'm not sure he's up to speed on 11.0 Surround Sound yet.
Last I heard he was up to stereo.

If it is any consolation I KNOW what you have to put up with Mooch. Mono is like hearing just Bapu's side of the story, only when you are able to hear Mooch's side too do you get the complete picture. 2 sides to every story, that's why Bapu likes mono just so his side alone comes out of both speakers. See what he's like?

Another variable is that since one moob is bigger than the other, mono give a balanced perspective.
