I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with XLN products....

I bought Superior Drummer 2.0 and the New York Vol. 2 SDX package about a year ago and felt that it was such a killer setup for drums...which it is.  Even added a few of the EZX drum kits too.  So I figured I had pretty much any kind of drum kit I would ever need.
 
Then we upgrade to X3 and get Addictive Drums for free.  I was hesitant to even download it since I already had a "flagship" drum software.  Then not long after X3...Musician's Friend runs the sale for Addictive Keys Promo for $29 and of course I had to get it.
 
A couple of days ago I get the email from XLN with a 50% off sale for their ad paks.  I bought the Jazz songwriters bundle which includes both the Jazz brushes and Jazz sticks plus a Premier kick.  Actually I was just gonna get the brushes...then found the bundle and went with it.
 
Wow...these Jazz kits sound incredible.  I have a feeling I'm gonna HAVE to make myself use my Superior Drummer now and then just to justify the cost of it.  But AD really has my attention now.
 
So a word of THANKS to the Bakery and XLN for hooking us up with such an amazing set of software tools with AD and AK.
 
I'm not taking away anything from the awesomeness of X3 itself...but the add-ons just make it that much sweeter....!!!
