I know its a shot in the dark but I'll ask anyway
I just got a new mbox3 pro. after initial set up PT8le worked and X1 worked. after shutting down for the first time, I have yet to gt either one back up and running. the Avid help site is nothing but revolving links.
My problem is : when loading Pt8 le I get to the loading DAE pat and then get a "cannot find hardware" messege wtf am I doing wrong besides using avid gear?.
I uninstalled X1, and pt. reinstalled pt from disk and after that whole deal still nothing. the mbox pro looks to be working but no DAW
any help would be great>
