I lost my Sonar 8.5 download!

Title says it all. Had it installed on my new music machine and decided to uninstall 8.0 toi tidy things up.  Windows 7 ate the whole thing, including Sonar 8.53 and when I went to reinstall 8.50 from the dvd I burned of the download, there is a file approximately 1.7 gig long on the dvd but window says it ant see it. when I click on the file sonar tries to start the upgrade but then says it cant find the setup files. Help! Does anyone know of a wy to get another download of the file? Ihung on the phone from the UK to the USA for about ten minutes and then had a machine tell me to contac Cake via the website but didnt tell me how.
Have emailed customer support but I was wondering if anyone has any idea how I can sort this out in the meantime? I need my sonar fix!!!!

You can't install it from the DVD you burned. Copy the file from the DVD to your hard drive and then run it from the hard drive. It needs to extract files and it can't extract them to the DVD.

Had it installed on my new music machine and decided to uninstall 8.0 toi tidy things up

Remember when using the downloaded version of 8.5, version 8.0-8.3.1 has to be installed. The 8.5 downloaded version is dependent on the installed 8.0 version, that is why the installation of 8.5 is messed up if you uninstall 8.0-8.3.1.

So make sure you re-install 8.0 before you try to install the downloaded version of 8.5.
