I need a click tip?

Hey guys how do you set the tempo of your click using the mouse, like tap tempo and not just enter a number. I know this can be done but for the life of me i can remeber how i done it? thanks in advance

    I think inserting a tempo change brings up that big Tempo Tap button.

    i7-870 2.93Ghz, 16GB RAM, Radeon HD 5770 + 2 x DisplayLink w/ 4 x 22" screens, Intel SSD 80GB, Sonar X1-D Exp.
