I need a dribble infusor

While I was reading one of the other freds, I was reminded that I need a dribble infusor. Would one of these work well? Low latency and USB operation is paramount.
 
I also saw this: http://youtu.be/ulf_nT-JPEg but I don't think it infuses dribble. Could I get an adaptor?

    Geez you guys. Be serious. I know tribble spearing can be fun
     

     
    but can't you just give some serious help? I really need a dribble infusor. Stop wasting my time.
