I need help with percussion/other instruments

Hello,
Just recently I bought Music Creator, and I'm having a hard time writing anything. Can anyone tell me how to hear the percussion line? Also I can't figure out how to use other instrument sounds (i.e. strings). Thanks

    That is far to vague to really help you with. I would need to know what you are doing. what type of music you are making, then i can respond. it is Midi? or audio? What percussion track? what strings? do you have a synth to play the midi? is the audio setup? See we need to know where you are at to help.

    Hi Mandy try to make sure your midi ins and outs are correct. Also check your sound fonts. I`m new with this and learning as I go as well. Good Luck, Loving Music.
