I need some tips for acoustic recording

I just bought Sonar HS for acoustic recording and mixing only. No drums, no synths, no electric instruments. Just recording acoustic instrument (Bluegrass) and mixing with EQ and some reverb.
I am just installing now and see all sorts of options. What do I need to install and what can I avoid installing?
I use an I3 laptop 1.9 mhtz with 6 GB RAM. Internet is slow here so I dont want to download what i dont need.

I would download everything except the "content", such as loops and sample projects.  The actual software and plugins aren't that huge to download and install.
It sounds like you could also skip the sofware instruments (VSTi).
Does HS include the Nomad plugins?
For acoustic music I highly recommend the EQs included with that plugin suite.
