I like the rhythm of the vocals. The mix seems to me, and this is a highly subjective opinion and not intended as a suggestion to change anything, to be a bit bright. The synth stabs and the hi hat/tambourine hits seem a bit prominent. Having said that, the mix sounds cohesive and well crafted, so I imagine that you know what listeners of this style of music are hoping to hear. It sounds real good on the whole!!! best regards, mike

I'd say by playing thru macbook speakers and not reading the comments (which might influence me), the vocals are a littttllle too up front and the upper mids of the drum kit could come out a bit more. But I'm just learning good mixing myself, so take me with a grain of salt Merry Christmas, btw!

Nice track, the low end could use a little more punch. I dig it though.

drma173, Needs some more bottom end but otherwise good. I think everything else is well balanced. The performance is quite good and I like the sparsely integrated Auto-Tune effect on the LVox. Too much that effect gives me a headache;) Well done.

Needs a stronger kick, but the rest of the mix is pretty good. I like the way the vocals are placed, though the different takes have slightly different levels. That could use a little evening out. The synth stabs do get a little worn out; maybe try using an envelope to change the resonance and give it some movement during the vocals? Just my 2 cents... Regards, Dan

Great track, love the groove. IMHO I think everything is a little too up front all the time. Try taking some of the instruments to the back of the mix and then bringing them forward when they are the focus. Many ways to do this. Automation compression, eq, just to take them down and back. It will give the mix more life.
