I really need 4 Sends Compact showing on X1 channel strips.

I really need 4 Sends Compact showing on X1 channel strips.
 
 
SONAR 8.X can show 4 Sends Compact on Channel strips & Sonsole Strips.
 
BUT SONAR X1 can only show 2 Sends Compact on Channel strips & Sonsole Strips.
 
 
I think this is a Regress :(

    Me too! They took this option off when they went from 8.5.3 to X1. I have no clue as to why they went backwards with this as i'm sure its an easy code fix to a programmer.

    Those sends were taking up valuable blank space.

    I think a lot of time was spent in an effort to see controls that will be tweaked once or twice at the expense of controls that need to be tweaked often. I like the Reaper concept for sends where you can vertically expand the sends panel and all you have is a rectangular box with a send name and a small level knob. This allows me to set up multiple headphone mixes that can be balanced easily.

    The concept of "fly-outs" is useful for things like this, I think.

    Then the user isn't so limited.
