I still find the Coffee House confusing
Does anyone else find having a conversation in The Coffee House to be frustrating and confusing? In terms of design and usability, it seems that the site falls far short of what you'd expect a modern social media experience to be. I'm just going through my notifications now and it's never immediately apparent what you've already replied to, what's read and unread etc. Then there's the "view last post" and "the FSF" which expand and collapse things in a way which is totally baffling. You'd think they would have made the whole thing more user friendly by now.

The fact that I can still find the Coffee House is confusing. It's almost as though it exists in a virtual world enfolded into our own and yet distinct, as though it was a pocket universe superimposed upon the soft underbelly of reality. Through this dimensional aberration, we transcend our physical space and enter into a collective fantasy like a shared waking dream where we willingly suspend our disbelief enough to embrace the unreal as though it had substance. In other words, some of us are more confused than others.

I Am with Bubba on the very fact that I can even find the Coffee House. Why, I had to revert to making my coffee the nite before so I didn't put anything dangerous in the wrong place trying to make the coffee rite after I got up. Part of the problem was I didn't or couldn't open my eyes yet. Still, it confuses me that I AM here rite now.

I'm always confused to find myself somewhere at any time. I think it might be the result of creating a Perpetual Confusion machine. I don't really understand how it works.

craigb I still don't give a tweet.
That line is getting old, first chanted around a camp fire by cave dwellers, the Neanderthal's , ||: Don't give a tweeeet, . tweeeter, tweeeter, tweeet :|| rpt
(with more cowbell and occasional electric lead guitar solos) ( Cuneiform 258,002 years ago -- Author: Ned Hairy --- all rights set in stone (CC)) More historical news -- The Neanderthal's certainly love home delivered meals such as... Rack ol' Ribs (with generous amounts of sauce), ah yes, they also love watching RockFlex movies all night. And according to the Cuneiform News Corp (established 299,334 years ago), the Neands use to hurl rocks at pizza delivery drivers until one fury little fellow named 'RockO' convinced the tribe to try Maria's special peperoni pizza. Times haven't changed much since then. .

There's conversations in the CH??!? Isn't that against the TOS or CoC or whatever they call it nowadays?! Actually I've only had one... I think, so I don't remember if it was confusing or not. I don't even remember if it was a conversation, really. btw, I'm done with it. You can have it if you want... I think.
