Is that some old-ass version of Sonar?
it can't be too old, the CB was introduced with X1, before that the "transport" (what it was called then) didn't quite look the same even though you could still float it. I don't recognize the screen with the "blocks" - I thought that might be the Matrix view or something (which I've never used).
