I think I'll pass on the pork dumplings
I admit to eating chinese food and loving it..... and asking the question to myself...."exactly what kind of meat and from what part of the critter is this?"..... And I remember one time in Argentina asking what the s pi cy thinly sliced meat I was eating was and finding out it was " lengua de vaca"... or in English....tongue of cow.... and then later in the same meal finding out that a certain delicacy on the plate was the back end of the cow..... so that meal literally went from teh front end through the cow to the ...well I think you get the picture. I passed on the last part..... Boneless, inverted pork rectums....... yummmmmmm! then there's this: http://www.neatorama.com/...ctums-Inverted/#!3B3K7

If you eat animal meat, and it tastes good, why does it matter which 'bit' it is? I enjoy haggis (very occasionally, cos a little goes a long way), and black pudding. Tastes great.

I love Chinese food, but I tend to try and learn how to cook that stuff for myself. That way, I know what's in it, with the added benefit of being able to monitor just how much sodium's in there. Rectums? Well, if they're inverted, it makes all the difference, doesn't it?
