I used to be able to see all of the legacy products i have purchased
I used to be able to see all of the legacy products i have purchased over the years along with serial numbers. I see nothing now and it's making me sick. In order to contact support you need a serial number of a product. What is going on?

I had a problem with a number of my products as well and contacted support with my account details. They've got just about everything back - just waiting for a couple of older purchases to show up. I would therefore suggest the support route - they seem to be pretty much on the ball.

Tons of my old stuff (pre SONAR, Project P5, etc) do not show up. Trying to decide if it's worth asking about....

Fill out a feedback form https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Feedback One possible explanation: The old store was tied to a specific email address, if the Single Sign On uses a different email address, the store conversion fails.

Does someone has some legacy staff shown in the new list? After I have submitted the form, all modern products (X+) appeared there (after a while). But 8.5 LE does not.

Yes, I have products going back to ProAudio 9, after sending a feedback request. There are still some gaps but for SONAR 4, I have the disks and credentials. Some other things like Books purchases and a couple of plug-ins from 2001, I am not worried about.

Thanks! I will try to use feedback form again. I have replied to the mail with information that my account should be fixed, may be the system is just not processing such replies. But I will wait some weeks, I do not think they are just sitting and drinking tee these days...

MY mistake was when migrating I used a new email for the new SSO account. Im not an expert on the internal working of all that stuff but it like didnt recognize the emails were the same account. I simply went to MY Account and updated my profile. I switched to my old accounts email and BOOM. All my products were back.
