I want to sell this software....But...I'm willing to trade

I have 3 pieces of software and two guitar stomp boxes that I want to sell....However my ultimate goal is to use this money to take advantage of the Kore 2 discount offer on Machine so I thought that I would ask if anyone here would like to make a trade.
 
1st: All the software is in mint condition. (if I shrunk wrapped it you would swear it was brand new)
2: All software will be in their own "original" boxes
3: All software will have the original manuals that came with said product (besides the PDF ones on the disk)
4: All software can be legally registared and I will provide a copy of my email that states they have been unregistered from my account and I will provide you with the original serial numbers.
5: All Software is Native Instruments The reason I want to sell this software is because I have Komplete 7 and it is included in the komplete Pkg so this stuff is collecting dust and I would rather sell it or trade it for something I would like to have instead.
 
Ok....what is it?
1. Kontakt 4 (Cross grade) I got it because I had an old version of Garraton Personal Orchestra....the one that used the Kontakt Player.....I asked NI what the next owner would need to buy this version and they sent me a link to the Kontakt 5 cross grade version...so I assume this would work.....but I would still check with them first....anyway here is the link they provided me with for qualifing products.... http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/products/producer/kontakt-5/?page=2528 This is the FULL version of Kontakt 4.....
 
2. Kore 2........this is a software upgrade version..it does not come with the controler. In fact you would need to have Komplete 4 or 5 to make this work...Why??? I do not know. I bought it thinking that I could "Upgrade" from my Kore Player to the Kore 2 full software version.....when it would not install I wrote NI and asked. They said it is an Upgrade for anyone who has Komplete 4 or 5.....I cannot confirm this or deny it....but that is just what I was told....so this piece has never been registered..
 
3. Guitar Rig 3 I know this is a little old BUT....BUT... I have a Free upgrade to Guitar Rig 4 Pro which is unzipped and on a disk that will be included with this version. So you will essentially be getting Guitar Rig 4 Pro..You just have to install Rig 3, register it and then upgrade to 4...sweet....Again this is the Full version..If you have a Mac I do have the upgrade for this which you can have as well, however I just could not unzip it so you will need to do this yourself....(not too hard)
 
Then I have two Guitar stomp boxes
1. a Boss RV-2 Digital Reverb. "Hardly" used....It is in it's original box with the original instructions and it comes with it's original wall wart...I bought this many years ago when I was young and dumb and full of star's in my eyes........
2.MXR dyna comp I bought this off ebay last year.....it works......but not really well....so do not be getting any big hopes up here....like I said..it works but not all that well......
 
Any way that's it...I am willing to trade all of this for NI's Machine....
 
but it has to be
1. at least version 1.6 (however 1.7 would be better)
 2. in mint shape
3. i have to be able to register it and I ask that you have a email copy stating that I can register it from NI....( I do not do illegal or cracked )
4. I want both the software and hardware components.....
5. you need to pack it very well...( because I will....I want you to be happy when it arrives) I will pay for shipping to you if you are willing to pay the shipping to me.....standard flat rate (cheapest way) is fine as long as it has a tracking number you can supply me with because I will be suppling you with one.
 
To the best of my ability I have described these items honestly......because I will not be offering a return policy......but if there is an issue with anything I would do what ever I could to help out.......but I think that by telling you honestly upfront what to expect then it solves a lot issues right away....

Big Ben Thank you for the lead and the insight. trust me when I wrote that msg it was not in one long paragragh....because you are correct.... I am sorry about the length of it.....I do not sell things a lot cause I do not enjoy it at all....so when I do I try very hard to be as honest as I can with some one..... this way I feel better about it Thank you for the help Clifford I tried to adjust it but I kept getting a server error msg.... I will try later today so that it is more readable.....
