I wonder

If I become dis-engaged, and Facebook is the method of notification (which seems likely), if I can author a screenplay (or at least a new commercial) about it.  Ain't technology grand.  On the plus side, this should trigger a new song from my subconscious.

    Ah, now I get it - VERY busy work day plus my business partner (who I'm also "borrowing" a room from) had to put his 15-year old Jack Russell down this afternoon...  Tough day (I've gotten quite attached to the little white dog in the year I've lived here myself).

    Sorry to hear about your impending split - at least it's happening now, before you have to give her the house...

    That's much tougher than anything I'm facing.  Put my 13 year old German Shepherd down 3 years ago.  Still grieving.  She could open doors, put her toys away, and had signs for everything she could want or ask for, including love.  Very very tough to move on.  Only hope there's a single heaven, for all living creatures.  Well, maybe except Donald Trump.  Allright, allright, he can come too....
