I'll always remember my first.....

X3 recorded* and mixed song as well as...

My First Car
Free 24bit WAV download available.

This a true story. I seem to be writing these lately.

A very special thanks to my mates Daryl1968 for sweet backing vocals and Jamesg1213 for the swinging guitars.

Yeah, I sang, played the P-Bass, organ, programmed the EZDrummer and EZKeys parts and have some BIAB guitars in the background.

James records in SONAR 8 but he gets a gimme on that.

    I like it!
I blew the engine of my first car, a 1959 Ford, in the driveway of my house.
    Dad replaced it with a 1960 T-Bird.

Nice one, Edster!  Your vocals are really excellent on this, Daryl's BGVS sound super, and James' guitar work is pure dynamite!

The bass sounds great as usual, and the piano track fills in the rhythm section nicely.

Cool idea for a song, too, it made me think about my first car, a '73 Camaro Rally Sport with a big block 350 engine, chrome mags and Gabriel hijacker air shocks.  LOL, You could literally get a nosebleed in that thing!

Anyway, nice work brother Bapsi, cool song and great mix!  Have a good one, buddy!

My first was a 71 Plymouth Duster, 3 on the floor, hand painted with
the paint falling off.  I had just gotten my first Job...my Dad handed
me the keys and said "here ya go"

He never taught me a thing about driving a stick, but I had watched him enough to
have the idea.  I was driving like a Pro in no time...=)

Nice one Baps....and Daryl and James...gotta luv songs that bring back good memories!!!
    At least I do!
