Me too. David if your OS is up to date and you have the drivers that work with Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 you should see a performance increase.

Tip: Get Melodyne Editor if you haven't already! With Editor onboard, X3e is one powerful, full-featured and smooth performing app!

I would also agree with everyone in that X3e is really the best X series so far.

I opened X1 the other day to do some testing and I really couldn't believe how so much has changed. For the better too!!

[edit] Forgot to say, welcome back! Hope things have settled down for ya. [/edit]

Phew....just when I thought I would never sleep ever again......

Oh wait...... I've never heard of you...

Must have been something else keeping me awake all that time.  ;)

On the whole it's pretty good. X1 and X2 didn't convince me enough to give up 8.5, but X3 finally swayed me even though it meant a new OS too (thanks again for that CW!). Console view still has issues but on the plus side melodyne integration is pretty slick, though if it's something you are likely to use, you'll probably want to upgrade to editor version as the bundled one is a bit basic.
