I got to say it is harder to keep a good outlook upstairs myself these days although I do miss Daveny5's curt and concise replies.

You will, however, need to read the CH FAQ in its entirety. Somewhere in there it explains why Am and becan are so funny. At least, I'm assuming it does.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

That's just a rumour circulated by Bapu to get the view count up. You're a good guy, so I'll let you in on the big secret .......... becan and Am aren't the least bit funny at all and everyone knows it really. ;)

If i rescan my VSTs every 3 mins, load Driver boost and wangle my machine into a relentless furious masturbation of updates and then complain about it here....WHO WILL HELP ME?

Btw, at the last count I have 1287 Vsts.

For heaven's sake, it's RESET your VSTs, not RE-SCAN.

We need someone to spread this information about more, as some people obviously aren't getting it.  Where can we find such a hero in our hour of need?  To selflessly post it on every single thread, day and night.

As of today 1833 64bit (I only scan 32bit plugs in 32bit SONNAR, does that make me a bad person?). BTW, I doan know what many of them do but I think they made my wallet empty, HTH.

Now...... go read the FSF.

Since Bobby inventioned (raw fried) becan and I inventioned the Am note, I take that as a backhanded complimentary.

I tried once. I think it was a knockoff because I didn't receive a Buoy tax charge and I couldn't find anything
about the Am note so I couldn't help Bapu with his search for nirvana...I did however manage to build him
a bass so he could tell what a real one was like...all he had was an Alembic.
The one time I did try I gave up and just tossed the PC in the trash can. I don't know if that's in the help files but it should be because it worked out perfectly.

Of course there's a help file silly, it's all within the FSF.
You just have to RTFSF.

I thought the help file was hidden is a cake so we could escape this place.  Trouble is--someone ate the cake and now we can't find the help file.  Well that just takes the cake.

Don't know about the battery, but I heard it requires an iLok3.

I'm sure it will be in actual useage on a track....considering the abuse this plugin is going to take/cause......

I can't believe no one's suggested reading the "How to Find the Sonar Help File" Help File yet.

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

Does it have to be Kontakt?
If not, you could just turn on your guitar amp to 10 and go get some ice cream......the'll get the message.
