I'm so HOT!

I came to work on my bike today (HD 1200 sportster) and I'm stuck wearing my thick hoodie.  I don't have ac in my office and the sun is blasting through the window...

That you could play any Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto Hendrix-style, directly on the piano strings w/ your teeth while the piano itself is on fire. Why?

I'm so comfortable with my 'hotness' I rarely talk about it.

    OK so I just did.

You know that feeling you get when you're so hot, the heat pours off of you in waves, every breath feels like it's on fire, and people look in your window at you with an intense, almost hungry expression?  Did you ever wonder if you're being cooked?

When I mentioned this speculation to my teachers in grade school, I was not allowed to talk anymore.  I think they were upset that I had spoiled their dinner plans.

HOT is a relative term for me.

I mean; when I hit an Am on the P-Bass it's smokin;. When I do it on the Alembic, it's sultry. When I do it on the Uke-Bass its, well.... Hawaiian.

When I sing it, it's scorchin' (most everyone's ear drums)

Thanks MM. That's true. But it was pointed out by Mod Bod that for me to get the Hot Chicks, which are now called cougars, they will have to be around 85 years old.

I have worked in true heat, hot enough to melt your hard hat. And I have owned a motorcycle. The reward comes at the end of the shift, when you get into your civies, jump on the bike and ride off with the lads. Nothing much feels finer than than that. Feeling cool, looking cool, without actually having to be cool. Good times.

And by the way, exactly how many gun toting, hog riding women you got over there?? Sounds like an episode of midsummer's murder with the cast of coronation street.

And I'll wager that you'd tarry a while at the local village green for a kick-about with your friends... Roy Of The Rovers Boys Own Baden-Powell jumpers for goalposts and all that?

Bottle of Tizer and a Bar Six to munch at half-time?

Grazed knees and scrumping apples, get a clip round the ear from the local Bobby?

Rush down your tea - crispy pancakes, Cadbury Smash and tinned peas - then back outside to spend the long summer evenings playing tag and cricket, and tag-cricket, beat the girls at rounders and play marbles in the gutter until the sun set. And then everything would be black....... BLACK ................... BLACK!!
