I'm sure this has been asked - Sonar Mobile

I know this has probably been asked but when I searched on "Mobile" it said it couldn't find any records.
 
What would be great would be something that is like (dare I say) Garageband that could be a scratchpad for Sonar that would run on phones, etc.  The new Microsoft phones (950 and 950XL) look like they would be perfect for this.  That if I'm out and about and inspiration strikes, I can put in basic tracks then get back to my studio and dump them into full Sonar Platinum?
