I've lost a function !!!

Hi,
 
I seem to have lost a function and don't know how to get it back, if I drag and drop a piece of audio onto a track, I used to have a vertical line with figures, and would guide it until the figure read zero, then I could drop the piece of audio onto the track, I don't seem to have this guide line anymore, can someone help please !!

    I've lost a function too, but it has nothing to do with CWBL...  Alas...

    Win-7 Professionalx64.  CWBL, SONAR X3e, & most other previous versions.  TASCAM US-1800 audio interface.  A bunch of outboard stuff that never gets used anymore (ADAT boat anchors, smoooth LA4 comps (miss them!), etc.)  Way too many instruments.
