this might become interesting.. does IK deliver Germany from within Italy ? (or will they ship from the states?)
As far as I know VAT/Customs are free for goods up to 200Euro (incl. shipping costs, EU)
my calculation: ARC Crossgrade for 180Euro (15% off + shipping costs included) & perhaps Ampeg SVX (free).
Do you think this calculation works ?

Boo! T-Racks singles excluded... ... I guess that woulda p!ssed off some recent white/black customers. Still, 15% off isn't bad. 

I'm glad I waited..  it'd been nice if they had offered a better deal at the time for folk who are previous customers who  have all the singles + t-racks shell for folk who bought both things together.. but no..

I still dislike how IK deal with downloads of libs later and charging for them.. give users 3 chances and not "limited time" .. other providers I buy off (inc. sample library makers) use the first system and it's far better / fairer... one even doesn't limit that (I shop a lot with them now as a result)

might buy the 2 singles now, but yer I'd not been happy after such a short time it's been launched.

I have ran out of IK things to buy now, except for ARC and the i-apps  and I can't see my buying either, what to do with the jam points.hehe

as far as i understand it (not saying much) tax is paid at purchase point when buying goods in the EU, so no more customs/tax will be liable for you.

If you're ordering or sending purchased goods (other than alcohol and tobacco) to the UK from another EU country then it's just like shopping in the UK:

• there is no Customs Duty payable
• there is no Import VAT payable, unless you're ordering or sending purchased goods from one of the EU 'Special Territories' and if the value of the goods is £18 or more
• there is no Excise Duty to pay

However, on the IK site says 'free products can be downloadable only'...

Exactly. It is only for products that can be downloaded and not shipped.

Yup! Just not the free product since we have to physically ship it out.

IK Obi - I purchased the ARC crossgrade and am waiting on its shipment.  am I supposed to get an email from IK MM telling me how to redeem my free download or something?  I haven't seen anything except the 2 emails I got from the purchase of the ARC and neither of those explained anything about how to get my free product.
 
Guess I need to actually READ the page.  (why is the font on the IK page and their products always so SMALL????)
 
after the new product is REGISTERED, then I am to log into my acct, go to the USER AREA, click on PROMOTIONS and then there will be a link and instructions.

Wow. The folks at IK are on fire. Just got an e-mail announcing T-RackS Shell for just $15/EUR11.50.

Man, I'm trying to get over an addiction to plug-ins here. I don't need another EQ, but for $15, and considering that the included metering suite looks pretty sweet. Of course, then I'll be hooked again and I'll probably end up buying the White 2A and the Black 76.

Maybe if I buy only IK plug-ins, its not that bad. I mean, it's not like a full-fledged relapse, is it? :s
