the good news I finally got it …the bad news is I can't get to work in SONAR X3
I did put in a support ticket …lets see how this plays out

Hi Kenny, what's the issue you're having to get it to work?
Hi Mesh,
I'm very happy you asked me what the issue was ,it gave me the opportunity to retrace all my steps so I could
try to explain what was going wrong ….
during the process of retracing everything I figured out what the problem was ...
Now everything is working correctly
I might as well explain what happened …it might help somebody else
I bought Miroslav V Orchestra and Sonik Synth 2 ( btw I'm loving Sonik Synth 2 it's effing great )
After downloading and installing both programs including the 16 gigs of instruments as an administrator for every step/ action I was surprised to not see the instruments showing up in SONAR X3e PE 64 bit , Project 5 , or even Music Creator touch edition ….( 32 bit )
M ….V ….O and Sonic Synth both played fine as stand alone instruments and loaded fine in Windows 8 64 bit environment
to make a long story short the plug in manager wasn't finding the dll's …truthfully I couldn't even find them
I did find it odd that these instruments loaded and played fine in Sony Acid . I had found this out by accident , so upon investigating this further and after finding the dll's (in a Sony (x 86 ) vst folder ) apparently IK put the dll's in there during the installation
I didn't even think to look in there since I use a different (x 86 ) folder for my 32 bit plugs
I ran the Cakewalk plugin manager for SONAR X3 , P 5 , and Music Creator Touch Edition …pointed it to that folder ….
now everything is working out perfectly …no glitchs what so ever …the bit bridge is doing an admirable job in X3
now I'm happy ….
Kenny
