I went to the page to check it out and I could swear that it said you could use your Jam Points during the 50% gear credit sale. I may have read it wrong or it may get changed but it did make me think that would be a good way to use some Jam Points.

Yeah, they changed it so that you can use the Jam Points on sale items now, but only up to 30% of your total purchase.
I'd say that if you've had your eye on any Custom Shop stuff, this is a good time to buy it using a credit pack.

Oh contraries! I'm pumped! about this sale. I've been waiting for a break like this in the pricing. Totally great sounds on my guitar, and I've wanted more but couldn't swing additional expansions due to lack of funds. But this is exciting.
Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

I could not resist. I spent $110 on gear credits and used my jam points but I got the Master EQ 432 (which sounds great), EQ 81, Eq73, Morley contour wah, ENGL E650 Head and Both E412 cabs plus I had 40 gear credits left. Then they gave me more jam points which makes me want buy even more gear credits. Would somebody help me...

That's an opportunity I practically missed - since I have AT and all the amp models and modellers I want, I completely overlooked the Gear Credits part. This sounds like the opportunity I've been waiting to get my hands on one of the few plugs I want - the SSL Bus Comp.

Yup - I was very impressed with the demo, more so than with Waves. My favorite would be the SSL Duende one. Waves wasn't close enough to that for me to pull the trigger on it. But the IK one is very, very good and pretty inexpensive - as is their British Channel, which I really like.
