ION-64 DAW?

ION-64 DAW?

Have not played in years looking to get back into it all
I’m looking on buying a ION-64 DAW from AMS and other gear anyone have one or know of any others reviews of it then what’s on this site?
Plan on using Sonar X1 producer
Native Instruments among other SS  Have not decided on what Audio card have an old Emu 1820m don’t know if it will work with the new system…Really only need a mic  and midi input for a controller…any advice would be appreciated

    I don't know anything about ION.  If you want to buy a DAW built by a professional, I'd recommend either Jim at www.Studiocat.com or Scott at www.adkproaudio.com .  both are regular contributors of this forum and both know how to build a system that works for cakewalk.

    and the EMU1820 should work as long as it has the correct drivers for the OS you choose.  but again, Jim and Scott's advice on that and their customer service is worth contacting them about a custom built system.
