I'm thinking the malt shoppe (like in the Archie comic series).

    When used properly, All rooms are loud at Guitar Center.  Also, they love it when you get a group of guys to play Competitive Guitar Riffs Played Badly at High Volume.  That game really works when everyone is not butchering the same AC/DC song at the same time.  It's almost as much fun as, Drum Battle Until the Sales Drone's Head Explodes game.

    The Everybody Crowd Into the Acoustic Guitar Room and Take Every Guitar Off of the Wall game has a tendency to bring out the Manager.  Assuming, of course, that he's home from school yet.

    Oh.  Don't forget in planning the playdate that a certain someone can get over excited and may need to have some "cool down time" with a cookie and some juice.
