If I only had seven days to live, the global celebration of my impending demise would drown out anything I had to say. I know of several people who have been eagerly waiting for that day for decades.
I would spend my remaining time with my wife and kids, and avoid the hysteria. I'd pick out the Hefty garbage bag(s) to hold my remains, and try to schedule my funeral to coincide with the garbage pickup time. Hopefully, the trucks will still be running in spite of the holiday.

Hi,
Goodness ... let's see ...
I can't even think of anything ... but having some fun or meeting some folks would be nice ... an interview with Kate Bush, another with the AD2 folks left standing, an interview with Klaus Schulze, one with Riuychi Sakamoto and another with Vangelis. Maybe even a vist with Mike Oldfield ... and perhaps a quick visit to the London GAS offices. Just to say hi to Johnny.
I think I dream too much. A nice sleep before hand would be good, and not to have to worry about pain to other family members and the like would be just fine with me ... other than that, I just want a smile on my face and the last words from me? "I love you" all!
Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

On a slightly more serious note (probably a Bb or an F#), absolutely nothing different to what I do anyway.
There is no guarantee my (or anybody's) life is going to continue for even a second beyond now. Therefore I try to ensure that my mood is always one appropriate for the very last moment of my life, not some crappy self-indulgent nonsense of some flavour or other.
Can't say I always succeed, but I do try :-)

I would have an open doors day for all my friends to visit, spend a day with my children and siblings and then write down as much as I can about my thoughts on life, how I've spent it, what my dearest ones have meant to me, what are the mistakes I think I've done etc. So to leave behind some kind of a self portrait to my children, possible grandchildren and to whoever might be interested.

Well, I may have spoken too soon. I was just told I was born yesterday.....  If I'm doing the math right that means I now only have 6 days. It'll take me at least 3 days to come up with a meaningful list which will only leave me 3 days to carry out that list. And because of frequent bouts of ADD I'll probably add to it, take some away and replace what's left before it's all over. This whole thing seems too complicated. But then I usually over think things.

You could probably get away with it. That is until your TM blew a fuse or semireduction helical phase distortion remix mechanism. In the latter case, just hope the parts won't be on back order... OTOH, do you really wanna relive those same 7 days over & over & over again?!

I would just take off all my clothes, fire up all my equipment (so sorry for the next one), my wife  , buy beer, Whiskey and wacky tobaccy, and just enjoy whatever happens. I might be on day seven already... But hey, You only live (at least , but as a Leo, I could have a couple of lives left) once. Cheers  Ps.
