If you wanted to build a studio around sonar

What what you need or be an absolute must for you to run a world class Studio around the sonar porducer interface.
What kind of Dollars would you need to budget?
What kind of accesories would you add to create an environment for an artist to have confidence in working there? (analog or digital deck, or no deck at all?)
What king of pre/Compressors
what a/d converters?
Would you included a multi track tape machine to run the sound through for saturation after mixdown or before?
Would you use it both in the studio and in the master lab?
What mics would you start with?
How many tracks would you need to record at one time?

You would probably build it around your console, not sonar

One I would like to see if anyone has done this already and the other has anyone else given this any thoughts? I am starting to desire to get out of teh garage and move into a larger space/venue. I appreciate and need wisdom and great advice from those whoare ahead of me to prevent some of teh common mistakes a newer person might have. My rig at home works great. I am starting to get some professional sounding mixes and I really enjoy it. So I asked fo rsome advice from many of you who are ahead of loop!

The only person I know of in your neck of the woods is Jeff at Onthemarkmusic his studio is in San Jose. Jeff is a Sonar user but switched his studio over to Protools a few years ago. The same old story in CA if your in the music business you need to run Protools.
