Ik Philharmonik problem

Ik Philharmonik problem

When I play a track using Philharmonik it sounds burbly, rough, horrible.
If I bounce to clips then bounce to clips the resulting track sounds just dandy. The original track still sounds horrible.
What could cause that? Can I fix it?
Still working with Sonar 8.5, Focusrite 2x2, windows 10

    too small an ASIO buffer setting
