Im A Pirate...

....well Im not really but I wish I was. 
I wrote this as an orchestral hybrid instrumental. Im trying to do more of this as Im getting fed up of singing :-)

    Absolutely loved this! Great blend of textures, great dynamics. I could easily imagine this as the soundtrack for a pirate movie. Just need some cannon fire in the crescendo.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    I could imagine bits of debris from the battle sinking slowly down through the ocean as it ended.

    Reminded me a little of the opening of the *phantom* with the music box sound.  Sounded good if a bit synthy.

    Oh thats real kind of you to say mate. Yeah I wish I could do a video for it with all these great ideas everyone is coming up with.

    Pretty good, but you're no Maddie. (Ha! Just had to say it. ) Nah, it was quite nice,and very fitting for me since I'm currently immersed in a Patrick O'Brian novel. Good guitar there too.

    impressive.  I'd like to be this good when I grow up, lol.  I loved the glockenspiel melody and the stings.  It made my heart race a little.  Really awesome.  :)

    On this I closed my eyes and had a little drift away. It's quite good what you have done with this. Would it be too gross to put more reverb on all the strings, something to give them tails that wash away. What you have is nice but they sound a bit drier than their surrounding elements. Just as a trial?
