    For some reason I'm really struggling to sell my house at the moment.

    I've done everything the Estate Agent recommended...
     
     
     
    I painted the walls black.
     
    I painted the floors black.
     
    I painted the ceiling black.

    I think you should have gone one stage further and improved the frontage by trimming that unsightly overgrown bush you have.
