I'm not Nelly

I was working on a song last night and when I was done (tired, the song is nowhere near being finished) I burned the song 4X to CD so I can see how it translates on other systems and sing along to it in the car, trying to think of lyrics.
Put the disk in this machine and get this:
 

 
My song was playing and I thought that this must be some sort of ad for the Nelly thing. I thought that I had turned off WMP's connection thing so I wouldn't get these ads for stuff I'll never want. But these are old songs, according to the info with it (2005). All 4 titles play my song.
I don't think I've ever heard anything by Nelly and probably don't want to.
What happened?
