I'm not smart enough, I guess - DSF Steinway Piano on X1 64?

I'm not getting it. I purchased the DSF Steinway Piano pack and the DSF Orchestral Woodwinds Brass Percussion pack. What program are they supposed to run under? I finally found the files on the computer and they didn't even install to the same locations!?! Also, while browsing around in there, it seems the Dim Pro has library files all over the place. Do / should I consolidate those to the same location? Thanks for the help. Greg

they are for dimentsion pro? ... does that thing have an installer? you got 2 folders in DP... 1 multiple samples and 1 programs.. if it's an installer, after you unzip.. run that and it'll install. if it's NOT an installer , but 2 folders.. put in their respective folders e.g. go into the "programs" folder you just unzipped.. ctrl+x (cut) navigate to your "programs" folder for DP is ..then CTRL + V (paste) same again for the multisamples.. fire up DP then press F5 to refresh the list.. and you'll see the additional patches in you DP browser.

I finally figured it out. I even uninstalled my previous version and X1, deleted all of the related folders and reinstalled X1. For some reason, X1 Producer has two sets of Dim Pro files. Once I traced that down and moved the files to the appropriate locations, everything worked out. Now to work on that Playlist problem,.... Thanks! Greg

DimPro has appallingly bad file management and its expansion packs all seem to install to a default folder, regardless of where the main content happens to be stored.  You usually need to move things to the correct place manually using Windows Explorer.
