Im tryng to use VoiceMeeter with sonar I get this error

trying to use VoiceMeeter with sonar I get this error.
 

 
everything is set OK. the bit rate in voice meeter and sonar is the same. Also I capture a video explain the issue

    Easy, you didn't choose "APPLY" when you closed prefefences

    No I chose apply but it the same problem
