[Implemented] Host Version Number

SONAR X4 = PLATINUM
when contacting support from 3rd party, tickets ask: Host Version Number: Platinum.
Continued organization from older projects and moving forward, please consider a numbered system.

    SONAR has always had a numbering scheme. The version number is available on the SONAR help screen. For example, currently SONAR Platinum is 22.6.0.26.
