[Implemented] Separate bundling of help from tutorials

Can you please separate the help file (and any Sonar documentation) from the tutorial files.
 
Surely the help file (and any manual) should be part of the main Sonar install.
 
I don't really want to have to download and install all the tutorials, then have to go through removing them just to get to some small(ish) documentation files.
