Important question for the bapu

Yo baps,
I purchased the Komplete 9 upgrade last year cause it seemed like a really good deal.

I opened the box but I never set aside the time to put any of the DVDs in my disc tray.

I just got the email for the big Komplete 9 summer sale and I can upgrade to "Ultimate"

Whatcha think? Now? Never? or Mehbee Later?

Wondering the same thing Mike. I looked it over but I'm not sure that the extras are worth the upgrade price. In reality I haven't even scratched the ability that comes with K9.  The signal processing plugs are very good and I use the solid series often, but not that often.

I already got a Ric bass and a HD.

And this just means that K10 be coming soon.

So a year from now, you'll be able to get K10 Ultimaterer on sale!

Seeing that the upgrade from K9 to K9U is $250, I'd say that's a great deal.  I mean, you get not only the Rick and other bass VSTs, but Session Strings Pro, Session Horns, Alicia's Keys, all the Heavyocity stuff, the extra drums (I dig the Vintage Drummer), the cool fx like the verbs and comps ... to me it would be a no-brainer.

    Cheers,

Every time I look at that list the only things that seem desirable to me are "the Mouth" and the hard drive.

I wonder if the hard drive is USB3? That would be nice.
