Unchecking "Always Import Broadcast Waves At their Timestamp" may make all the tracks not line up. Its easiest to export them as wave files from pro tools from the same spot, then import them into sonar

I have a  question, How do I import some audio from my hard drive.

    Alright DJ!!!
What I had done was rip a CD. This CD contains guitar runs/solos.

I did manage to import the track I want. The next step is slowing it all down so I can practice and work up to the expert level.  When I changed the Tempo nothing happened. When I used The Edit tool to change the Time it actually went faster!! So I have the CD clip--I just haven't been able to adjust the speed at which it plays.

    Thanks for your input>>>>>
