Importing Audio from QSC Touchmix Digital Mixer into X3

My band did a gig last night and the soundguy used a QSC TouchMix digital mixer. Audio from each channel was recorded to HD. The 44.1kHz/32bit wav files sit in folders named Track1, Track2, .. Track22 and there's an XML file with the names that were given to each track.  Is there a quick of importing this data other than one track at a time and cut 'n pasting track names?

I'm copying the files to a new Sonar project's audio folder and I'll create tracks and associate each on with the QSC track file. I think that should work...

I would think dragging the files into Sonar directly from the Browser and then renaming the tracks would be the quickest way.  Probably faster than it took you to write your two posts.
